Why boards engage us

Compliance certainty, and directors who can demonstrate it.

Independent, rigorous and evidence-based

Every conclusion is tied to a document and a diagnostic test — not an opinion. The Workbook shows the Board exactly what was asked, what was produced, and what was found.

Legal compliance separated from board practice

We distinguish clearly between what the CATSI Act, ORIC, ACNC and ATO require and the broader governance practices needed for effective oversight and decision-making.

Directors are protected

Director eligibility, consents, Director IDs, conflicts and related-party arrangements are tested and documented, so directors can demonstrate they discharged their duties.

Funding and grant agreements de-risked

Grants, restricted funds, milestones, acquittals and clawback terms are mapped into a central compliance calendar before a funder asks the question.

DGR and tax concessions kept secure

Charity registration, subtypes, DGR endorsement category and conditions are verified and monitored — the concessions the corporation depends on stay intact.

A corporate record you can rely on

Registers, minutes, resolutions and delegations are reconciled across internal records, ORIC and the ACNC Charity Register so all sources tell the same story.
